Why in the Payments tab positions do not agree: Total Paid in U.S. dollars and the sum of all payments which are missing one payment.

 

20% Bonus? I am speechless... I am so speechless that I forgot the math, can anyone please do the calculation for me?



I can't get rid of the feeling that I will receive 20% bigger NOTHING. But my previous payments are far from zero...

wow, someone is in deeper trouble then me, damn. it makes me glad though, cause then i am 100% positive that i am still making sales and my users haven't quit on me it's just a glitch somewhere i hope they can fix.

Who could i talk to if i am wondering about a whole folder of files being lost in my file manager, it did happen quiet awhile ago and i didn't care about it, but seeing as it can lead to somehow a fix or a it person understanding a under laying issue it could be good to look into, the files still exist on the web, but i can't access them on my file manager even though i was the one who uploaded them, and they were in my manager until one day when the entire folder just poofed, this was before the filesonic change though, but would be cool to see if i still generate sales on these files if they do get a sale.

 

filesonic, can you check to see if theres any bug with login? i keep getting "Unexpected error during login #1TypeError: d is null" and the only way to fix it temporarily is to reset my password then as long as I stay logged in i can check my statistics etc, but once I log out and try to login itll give me the null error again...sent you pm with my ID

 

Payment page shows that I received payment, but I DIDN'T!
Pay first, then write it in stat second.

I still haven't received mine either but sometimes it's delay with paypal, not sure with webmoney!

Hi guys,

Calm down, we are sending them now... In order to give you the 20% extra, we had to extract the data...and when we do, it will show as payment sent, so that you don't get paid twice for the delay between the time we extracted the file and the time of payment!
