My account being hacked, by someone... He changed password and payment ID.
He is payed for 81$ from MY account... Omg can you help me please Hish ? :'(

We have worked hard to implement very tight security features and they are all well... Yet, accounts are still being hacked. The only problem is the 3rd party services that 18folder mentioned (thanks for that btw)

logon to your email that you registered with filesonic, find if there's email from Filesonic Fraud Department, if its there, maybe you are not qualified for fraud issue and then your account is gone, if everything are OK lets hope if Hish having time and take a look at your account. further more Hish has to sleep and get a break (like you, me and everyones) so give his some time

I think he doesnt check your sales, Filesonic Fraud Dept., does it so check your mailbox if they email you. I got same problem and hopefully, iam qualified to pass fraud check. Thank GOD!
