when I click Upload button, the uploading process window shows blank.. no movements or loading process :/

I wait payment but i didn't see on my PP ac, i log to my account & i see: "Unexpected error during process Authentication: - No user found with such email".

I was Referral from my friend, he said he my see my id: danhhuynh1979 still his Referral list
Help me, please check, I didn't see payment & money don't come to my paypal

dude u should always pm those info instead of writing those numbers in open board... its not safe...

 

It's just some random numbers I wrote, do not worry, nobody's info has not been published, and that's not even full wmz number (it should contain 12 numbers). ;-)

I don't think hack, it's delete account from FSonic because i find & don't see button delete account. If account hacked they can only change password - email & payment ID, can't change user ID.
Today, my account got same problem, i recovered password & being same problem. I didn't recieve my payment

User can change email, so you can not recover pass after email changed

 

I can recovery, filesonic sent new password for me but still get the error: "Unexpected error during process Authentication: - No user found with such email."

Hish doesnt comes online at this time therefore u should email the contact us page at filesonic they reply really fast.....

 

What time did he do online? Today, Payment is failure. I need him to fix it.

 

Crap filesonic is the slowest customer serivice ive ever seen they take money nd dont provide anyservice what so ever and they rip off Queenlsnad flood victims well done filesonic hope you proud of you crap customer serivice

 

it also happened to me their fraud department banned my account which got $66 referral commission from different Paypal accounts, they seems don't like to give us the sales commission now it seems fishy for me, they seems only want to pay pay per download commission
