    Presumably you are complaining about some file you own the rights to ? Have you checked to see if it's been deleted from the servers ? Email support can be a bit patchy, but the guys are usually pretty quick to remove dmca notice content.

    The site says free members files kept on servers for only 30 days. This meant inactive files or even those files which are active and people downloading ?

    30 days inactive deletion only applicable to those filesonic free user's files which are not downloaded for the last 30 days.

    it works, just tried from filesonic to fileserve, transferred approx 5gb in less than 40'


    also from fileserve to filesonic is ok, but the service in this case it's very very slow, i needed hours just for 1file >500mb..
    and only 1 file at time can be transferred

    Which is faster web upload or FTP ?

    I uploaded file web upload on Firefox and it look over 3 hours to upload 200 MB file. I wonder if FTP upload it better.

    eu (ftp.eu.filesonic.com) Mr. Edjy sad me for use.. yeah some faster but.. my files dont listed

    and some files finished 45min some files 15min
