Btw, did it ever happen again with the folders thing? They changed the code and now ONLY when you set a folder as public , the link will change... otherwise it will not... Did you experience another change in the past week?

Why can I not log in to my Premium account? This has been going on for 3 days Unexpected error during process Authentication: - No user found with such email.
I am still waiting a reply from Filesonic since they said the problem was fixed and it's not.

I paid for Premium 1st March via Paypal. I was able to use premium till 7th March when I kept getting that message.
No I have not uploaded any files. Only use for downloads.
HURRAH premium back on at last. Able to download but speed not as fast as before. Let's hope it improves!

1. What's "Free User Download Limit" in my setting? it means that a single file of maximum size free user download is limited?

 

It simply means how much do u allow your user to download if set 400 then users without premium wont be able to download your files over 400mb and if u set to 1Gb then free users wont be able to download over 1 Gb.....

You mean that when i set to 1GB, as long as free user downloads over 1GB regardless of how many files, it will be limited?

 

With it set to 1 GB, a free user can download a single file that is up to 1 GB in size. If the file is over 1 GB, a premium account is required.
There is no limit to the NUMBER of files a free user can download, just a limit to the maximum SIZE of the file.

Previously, the limit was 400mb and a free user could not download a file that was larger than 400 megs.
You have the choice od selecting eitehr 400 megs or 1 gb as the maximum single file size a free user can download.
