I'm not sure of the exact date, I would guess around March 1st. It was definitely before the deadline date.

It appears that I did receive the bonus for the previous weeeknd (Feb 19th and 20th) but not for Feb 26-27. I know its small in relation to some but every bit helps~!

Hi, Anyone else having problem with their premium account? I have been unable to log in to it since 7th March. Keeps saying "Error
Unexpected error during process Authentication: - No user found with such email. "
Finally received a reply from them after numerous emails to say it had been resolved but guess what? STILL not accepting email address. Only got the account 1st March so only had use for 6 days and have paid for 180 days. What a rip off.
Told to reply immediately if still had a problem so I did. Why I don't know as they haven't got back to me yet.

remote-upload downloaded all the files 100% but the status is pending for more than 5 hours :/

i was happy since remote-upload is worked for me, now its showing problem too. now i have no other ways to upload files.

also i sent an PM about another problem to Filesonic-IT, seems like he's not active now :/

 

Snap. Mine has been going on since Monday and they say it's been resolved but still can't get in.

 

Yes that's why I posted on here, thought he would have replied. I only paid on 1st March so have raised a dispute with Paypal. Think I might escalate if it looks like they have serious problems and ask for a rebate.

 

Any one else having Filesonic problems? Accessing their accounts or dowmloading?

 

20 files pending for hours

 

manual upload and plugin (rapidleech) is not working for me, uploaded files from this options not showing files in Manage Files..

my only way to upload is remote-upload, it worked fine but suddenly all files are in Pending status, the file downloaded 100% though..

site and everything good on my side but only problem is uploading

I can connect to FTP so maybe something is wrong with the website...

 

i think filesonic is on maintenance or doing something..

uploaded a file from plugin (rapidleech), it shows "Technical problem. Please try again!"

hope they fix this problem soon... most importantly Remote-Upload :crying:

 

Random files of mine can't be downloaded, return with an error page... I hope they fix this because I just can't check all of my files that will take years

 

Yes have same problem and had for last 3 days.

 

same thing with me. my 17 files in ftp are uploaded but i don't see them + remote are at 100 % but in pending....

the issue with slow moving of files once the upload is done, will be resolved shortly ! We are expecting everything to go back to normal in the next 4 hours.
