I love Filesonic but I hope you uppgrade your FTP Upload, Speed Upload, Speed download. If Avaxhome, etc... don't accept you anymore, you will lose many customers!

 

This happened to me too. The file was good anyway. Check the filesize with original file - must be the same. If you are still unsure, download the file from your FS acc and open it. If it's a .rar should open without giving you "Unexpected end of archive".

Statistics have been frozen for 3 days now, i expect filesonic to still be logging my sales, and i expect to get paid for it.... Upload and the rest of the site works perfectly now, but no statistics at all.

 

Reporting error : 504 Gateway timeout... Server 204...

tried 8 times even with different links... Every time this error... Please fix =)

ah P.S. my statistics are not correct too...

I do not agree. Statistics works fine for me especially for the last couple of days. It must be some individual problem.

 

statistic is frozen, but FS is ignoring this and tells it's ok

and it's very hard to upload something. filezilla after uploading a file uploads it again and again. painful.

Regarding the price for group C for 101-250 MB , it was 6$ at the beginning and we raised it to 8$ !

Regarding the Referrals, we are aware of this issue and are working on it

NOTHING will be lost and everything will be paid back!

Really? Are you on per download plan or per sale plan? I haven't had a single sale for 3 days... i find it hard to believe as i've upload great content none stop, and before these 3 days i've had multiple sales everday for 40 days straight (the entire time i've been on sm/fs)

 

Looking into that for you! But just to let u know, you had 5 days with 0 sales in July

Have you tried free download? It's amazing speed, approx 1000 kb/sec at free account. It's not strange that nobody will buy premium account. Don't know for what they've done it. Also, mentioned to my previous post, users use that crap mydownloader.net. They simply bought a premium membership at mydownloader and use it for many popular hosts. Oron has already banned mydownloader! THEY DON'T NEED TO BUY PREMIUM FROM US.

at filesonic support and filesonic IT. Will you do any actions to ban that mydownloader or it profitable for you?

P.S I'll not publish any stuff at my site till you decrease the speed of free download.

wow if this is indeed true i do see drastic decrease in my income where it's no longer of use to me to post new content, i'll wait and see what happens, seeing as my site earned new ranks on google also now im on rank 1 on all the keywords i work with, and i have gain 1000 unique within the last 2 days and not sold a single accounts bothers me a lot, i think something is wrong with the statistics, it just can't be happening over a night that no one buys an account.

Testing free download now, does not seem to fast to me, i'm getting 100-140kb/s on a file i try on with free download, with premium i get at least 6-7x that speed. I'm saying there's a glitch in the statistics system, knowing the stuff i've uploaded the recent days i should be seeing a increase in sales not a decrease!

 

I'm just preparing new content, and if it possible upload at filesonic. But I don't want to publish at all. I also have own website (PR 1 500 unique visitors daily) and what I got - almost nothing. Yesterday one sale, and today one sale. So, if FileSonic will continue to give incredible speed for free download, I'll migrate all my stuff to another host. Dunnow maybe oron or keepfile.

Waiting for comments from official representative regarding:
1) high speed at free download
2) mydownloader.net ban
3) Timeouts between downloads. Please describe, how it's going now. 30 seconds timeout every time? Or how?

 

Im still not getting my Domain Sales Count / $ stats??? any idea?

 

Approx 8 hours ago, speed was 1000+ kb/sec for sure.
