can some one explain to me what credits are, i have a qualifying credits of 613 and credits 629, when these would be equal , whats the difference between both

Qualifying credits are the credits accumulated during the last 30 days, while credits is the remaining credits after making spending's (in dashboard it says so).

 

but yesterday i have 617 qualifying credit, but now it showing 613

 

Its because of 30 days validity period, also i found Credits too decreasing along with Qualifying credits (at different rate).

last night stats were alive and now it seems to be frozen too. It happened during 2 different days and I have no dl no sales at those days even tho i am sure there are. Only these two days are empty Can something be done about this? I think we are loosing money on this.

 

Maybe just bad luck? I have 3 sales in last 4 days.

 

I don think its a bad luck...Look, it's already mid day of the 7th and on statistics it is still the 6th. No DL no sales, even tho I get a lot of thank yous on forums. So there are downloads. Every day there is a freeze like this I have 0 sales, all the other days I have 5-6 at least. You really think it is bad luck?

Hello FileSonic support.

I have a little request. When I upload directory with files to FTP, the directory doesn't create and in file manager it's hard to manage them. Can you - like in other fileshostings - improve the FTP, I mean if I upload directory "BLAH" with files, the directory "BLAH" with those files will be visible on manage, not just files, but with those directory. Maybe you'll get it, what I wrote. ;-)

 

Just had it happening to me too. Weird!
