Remote upload still not working

I was hacked earlier and u have retrieved my account but when i woke up today may account is hacked again but this time he changed my username besides my nickname and email address and my money i think it's $172 was gone and i was a lifetime member. can u please reset it again and refund the premium membership.

be patient with the problem guys, we all know what happen to hotfile last week, and it seems like filesonic is next alternative right now to other uploaders..for sure hish and his team will fix this

probably some of your room mates were betraying you.. or your computer were infected by a hacking s*ftware.

 

what kind of hacking software? can i still get my money back?

 

if your pc was infected, it is useless to reset and reset your account. first thing to do is to reformat your computer and have a strong antivirus + firewall. your money? I doubt it's no.

 

can't get my money back? but it was not sent to paypal. my money was used to make the account premium lifetime.

 

ask hish for that..

 

i email and pm him hours ago but still no reply. even emailed all filesonic emails that i can search but still no reply.

if i'm gonna reformat my computer does my partition need to be formated also? my storage partition?

First download a good antivirus + internet security software with firewall recommended one is Kaspersky Pure, install it & update it to lastest database then scan whole hard disk for viruses, trojans, keyloggers etc if there is some then delete them especially on your secondary partitions like D:, E:, F: etc

Disconnect LAN / other internet sources

Now move all important data from C: (I assume in this drive you have installed Windows) to other partition. Now format C: then install fresh Windows and install Kaspersky Pure or other AV software then install all other software like firefox, nero etc.

Never plugin any pendrive or other CDs DVDs to PC which contain software/exe files as most of them may be infected with viruses, trojans etc.

 

will do that. for the meantime i will wait for hish to recover my account. hope he will get my money back

 

reformat drive c only.. but install antivirus (w/ firewall, mcafee total protection if you have no idea) first before opening other drives. I think hish is hiding for now and will be here after they resolves certain issues.

 

Hish may recover your account but refunding you, I think it's no because if your main reason is the hacking of your account, it's not a fault from there side. But you can do this little revenge, ask Hish to ban accessing filesonic the hacker's IP who's accessing your account. I think she can do that for you.
