I've noticed that when you make a folder it's by default set to "Public", could be that all files are public by default and you might have to set main upload dir (if possible) to private or move files to a private dir.

 

Even if that is true, how the hell people KNOW what's inside the ".rar" files? Why would anyone download something when they don't know what it is? Also, I have ".rar" files with passwords, if I don't post the password anywhere - they can download as much as they like as far as I'm concerned.

Unless, of course, you're putting the name of what you're offering directly in the file... People should avoid doing that always. Very not wise.

Thanks for reporting that problem, these data should be available before tomorrow. Don't panic, all the points for today was gave, they are just not displayed.

statistics page is starting to update but very slow .so as he said dont panic points have been given but not displayed , lets wait for some time & see what happens ..

 

i made allot of referrals yesterday and today ..
but when i login i cant see the referrals status and points !!
is my referals counted even if the website still not fully working ?

 

upload big rar files to ftp server all failed.
AND cookie become invalid too fast
[Remember Me]not working .

There's something up with the FTP, at the end of every transfer of a file everything stops, and it just hangs there at 100% complete, it seems that the last signal for the client to tell the server that it has completed the transfer is failing.

See log:

[R] 226-File successfully transferred
[R] 226-117.370 seconds (measured here), 246.07 Kbytes per second
[R] 226 Transfer aborted

Really weird, it has done this to all my uploads today, uploads fine and fast to 100% then nothing happens and then transfer aborted. Please fix your site filesonic, or im getting on that fileserve bandwaggon pretty soon

 

Yesterday I have no statistics, and other times not accurate. Nor can we upload anything I do not show how much money I have in payments. When will fix these bugs

There is no statistics for last two days.
My earnings is zero.
Remote upload does not work.
The site is slow.

I switched to fileserve temporary, but I will come back, eventually, because of my files.

Why do i get the feeling these issues will still be here in 1-2-3 weeks time? the whole site is unusable

 

I am from top 25 aff, now i am really bored, unusable file manager, statistic out. Why you turn on filesonic????

 

Cant upload, no stats, slow site, no support - the list goes on it's become a joke!

I am also a top 50 aff and i am slowly moving my files over to fileserve.

 

why dont they shut down the new site till all bugs are fixed..no point of using this crippled site now...no ftp..no stats...no cookies...i dont understand why they have launched the site...its a bad practice to launch something with hundreds of alive bugs and asking for the end users to report for the bugs...The bugs were clearly apparent before they launched it....Bad coders and i dont think they have done any testing...except they some end user testing...Horrible and people are laughing at them....get some good coders from top MNC firms

Even the HTTP UPLOAD is not working..wastage of time...they are having major bugs and would take them couple of months to fix provided they get some really good coders....else FS would remain lame throughout

Check your Affiliation page..mine was blank..lolz...all paypal login was gone...check yours..it might be blank

 

I'm sorry, but the filesonic launch was a complete utter failure. Please switch back to the old SM site while you fix the dozens of bugs on filesonic.

 

Where has the support gone?

 

FTP upload is broken.
