i can't get links i do uploaded from ftp , anyone have same problem ?

 

not immediately.. I guess you will see it when stats for next day starts.. just be patient

 

if you read previous messages, there are many peope experiencing this problem..
I think it will take a bit long for filesonic team to fix remote upload & ftp upload problem because I guess more and more of hotfile users started to use filesonic as their premier filehosting service...

My Outstanding Payment iS frozen, Its a second day and payment is still 14.59, now i have almost 20 USD and why this money is not counted as outstandig payment?

 

your "outstanding payment" is calculated from friday to friday and payment is done 4 days after on tuesday..
because you have not reached $15 threshold, you will not be eligible for payment for this week..

 

I cant understand',
Why that money, we called "Outstanding Payment", was increasing until friday when my money was almost 15?
I remember clearly that last week i mean Saturday and Sunday money was not frozen,...

Its NOt a PRotest, I just want to find out everythig to Choose my favourite file hosting =)

it's not possible to add here http://www.filesonic.com/ftp a clean button even near pending and error files? you can only remove files with error clearing every file and for pending files you can't in any way and i think it's useful in case you upload a file twice to avoid to have more times the same file (you can't even delete the file from ftp immediately after you upload)

 

calculated from saturday to friday, check if you have 15 from feb 19-25 if you have then expect it on tue

statistics problem you have? ignores downloads :S

 

None of the files uploaded by me at the weekend despite successfully completed upload via ftp and web uploader doesn't appear in the file manager!

So the whole weekend, neither you nor I haven't earned a penny on these files.
You should inform about the problems with the servers, for ex. in the News section, saving our wasted time and nerves.

Lack of professionalism is slowly becoming your domain.

 

Its been 4 hours i uploaded files through ftp. Still no links.

 

This happens all the time for some reason, but the 2 numbers will come back in sync if you just wait a little while (mine always do anyway)

 

filesonic makes fraud control on your earnings.. that is why your payout is delayed for 4 days.. your earnings are not lost..
this cycle always repeat, your last "outstanding payment period" is between 19-25 february and if your earnings reaches $15 threshold your payment will be done on next payout day: tuesday (1 march).. next outstanding payment period: 26 february - 4 march and next payout day is 8 march.. and so on...

 

fileserve is stable.

 

I got premium account from filesonic in few days ago... i was so happy with that But I'm disappointing on downloading the files from filesonic..... I could get around 2.7mb to 3.2mb per second on some of the links when I use Internet Download Manager.

But it doesnt happen all the time, almost the speed download really slow look like I'm a free user! Anyone has the same problem?

Filesonic could get to fix it if you don't want to lose your customers.

 

Using a Premium account I can't download some files at more than 30 Kbps, while others I can download at my maximum line speed. Stopping and restarting the downloads results in the same speeds (every time). I tried to download through several browsers and through JDownloader, with the same result. This is happening for over 2 weeks. The last three servers where the problem occurred: S25, S104 and S105.

Some servers are having problems? What can be done?

 

Ftp is impossible...no links (for hours, days or never), Web upload is very very slow. Please fix it...

 

i dont know why hish or any guy from fs team not answering any question regarding this issue.i am so disturbed due to this.
plz fs team implement the option for splitted payment for indian users.i am in top 50 seller list of urs according to the playsonic.
how can i upload and post more stuff if i dont get my previous payments.
