I am a new Filesonic Premium Customer and i am using the reccomended (recommended by filesonic) Downloader Jdownloader. it registers that i am a Premium account holder but my download speeds are barely over 100kbps, my download speed is about 2.5-3 (as provided by my ISP) so can someone tell me how to get the fastest download speed available? or is filesonic just experiencing issues? i am willing to switch file hosts if nessecary. i would very much like to try and exhaust every option before doing so. please help me and thanks for reading.

 

Please include File size in forum code for file links just like Fileserve so that we don't have to type the file size time and again. Thanks.

edit: guys, I tried and it is working with me.... What is the issue you are seeing?

 

when I tick "selectable" nothing happens.. it was working for me before.. no idea why it does not work now.. I tried it on many browsers but no luck..

The files are downloaded through the browser with 0 bytes (empty). Using Jdownloader give error!
I tried to reload ..... there is always the same thing!

I upload 5 files through ftp..but not only they didn't appear in file m,anager.. but not even in the list here: http://www.filesonic.com/ftp !!
They're simply disappeared!

 

that happened to me when using ftp-eu a couple of weeks back :/ main site works fine
