If you have a website & you add it in your filesonic account & then someone buy premium account through your website which has been added by you lately - then it is called domain sale
If someone buy premium account through your files posted at different forums/sites - then it is called premium sale

If someone is referral of another user & if i give him/her elite invitation then he/she will not be my refferal?? cz i gave invitation to somebody lately but he is not in my referral list.

if he is already someone else's referral, you will not get him as yours... we can't take referrals from each other

As I understand, you can never steal another user's referral and can't earn anything from them.

 

I don't think I would start using oron just because of pornbb. Look what happened at forumophilia. This will just make other forums much bigger with more links and more opportunity for other hosts. I would just wait to see what really happens first. Most links on pornbb are filesonic, fileserve, and hotfile. The forum will pretty much have to close its doors if it deletes filesonic and fileserve posts since hotfile is in some hot water like rapidshare was. Will be interesting to watch.

Many filehosting sites like hot file, filefactory, fileserve etc are banning server ip's of competitor hosts to keep the contents exclusive to them for getting sales & downloads. So it would be nice if filesonic too take such a measure to prevent leaking contents to other hosts by remote uploading for getting as much exclusive contents, which means more no of sales.
