why does filesonic keep logging me out??

since i changed and used opera i can no longer stay logged into my filesonic account

it logs in and i can see all the member options, then i click on anything and it just logs me out???

what is happening with this??

 

Are you having problems logging on to your account and staying logged in? Can someone comment on this so i can just give up on filesonic tonight and go to bed instead of messing around with my pc all night trying to figure out the issue.

However, i did realize that there is a sort of inaccurate way to keep track!
PLAYSONIC!
1 credit for every 100 downloads... While not accurate on a day to day basis, it will work over the long term, say a week. If I earn 20 credits (2000 downloads) in a week, it means I'm averaging close to 300 downloads a day. And that's good enough to determine roughly what my earnings might be if I had PPD selected!

* i uploaded some images before SonicPreview launched (in Ffile_id.jpg format). i couldn't see and delete some of them. how can i delete these pictures?

Hish, as you recall we talked yesterday about the credits issue.

Your IT guys found a missing 100 credits for the 20$ sale in made in the 4th.
During the time we talked I made a sale, and the accumulated credits were only 100, so either I didn't get credits for the sale, or there was an error when trying to feed my account with a 100 credits more.

Perhaps there is a bug that disallows accumulation of credits from an admin once a sale is made over that course of time?

 

a normal user gets 20% on his/her referral right? what if one of his/her referral becomes elite? will it still be 20%? or it will be 5%?

Yesterday i sent an elite voucher to a good uploader i know and he is now using elite program but i still cant see him in my referrals since yesterday? Would you please help me to show him in my referrals?

did you make sure that he was not referred to filesonic upon registering?

if you invite a user to be an elite affiliate and that user has been referred already when he became a regular affiliate you will not get a percentage of his earnings (because he is already a referral of someone, so actually you giving him an elite invitation is a great favor!)

if you have more invites left and you plan to use them, make sure they are users that werent referred already!

thank you so much for your reply. yesterday i had dialogue with him and this was first time he got invitation from someone. i am pretty sure about it. but maybe is it because , if he is not a premium user,instead a free user of filesonic, maybe thats why i cant see him as my referral? it would be better when they have time, dear supporters check this. i really wonder why

 

hi, i am glad to help out when i can.

being sure about it can sometime mislead you, i advise you check it next time through filesonic staff, i am sure they will be happy to be of service.
i can tell you that for more than once, i have heard of people wanting others to invite them to the elite affiliation program while trying to mislead the inviters as to both their earnings and their account's genuine referral state.
make sure you trust the ones you invite, those elite invitations are a big deal.

and about the user being a free user, i am not sure this is the case..premium privileges are affecting the nature of the account's files lifetime duration and download limits, i do not know and do not think that they are related to the affiliation plan.

 

why should some people get elite status and not others anyway?? seems rather unfair? who decides who gets these elite accounts?

when i could log into my filesonic account (its now not working for some reason) i usually get around 5000 downloads per day, how many are you supposed to get to get elite status?

Also the pic hosting idea is great, but it does not work with IE, or Chrome, it works with firefox but i can't stay logged in for enough time to use it right now.

 

Elite is only for pps users. If you get atleast 5 sales per day on avg, pm hish/IT to get elite invitation

 

im talking about this for so many days, sometimes i can not login. i can not even stay longer to transfer to any tab

SO WHAT CAN BE DONE ABOUT THIS - I AM NEARLY SMASHING MY COMPUTER UP. Why has this just started to happen? and why are more people not complaining about this bug?? Is this some kind of cookie problem, i deleted all the my old cookies and reinstalled firefox and even changed my password on filesonic.

I can find no solution to this problem.
