    Please stop remote upload fileSonic to fileSonic. i try very hard, upload files + make previews and screenshots etc. Some bastards simply copy-paste my post in ten seconds...

    Disabling FS-to-FS remote upload will not solve this. People will simply RU to another host and still do the same. If it takes 5 minutes instead of 10 seconds, it's not going to stop them!

    Remote upload is just a reality of this business - it has its advantages and disadvantages.

    I'm so unhappy...Filesonic is fine for me, however, it's unfair that they don't count the downloads payments the same for all countries.

    I've compared with a friend, and with the same number of downloads he received more $10 than me.

    They just copy your password too. Usually not hard to get hold of. Only way to stop it is to password protect the download links.

    Hi,

    What is the benefit to filesonic in allowing files to be remoted to other hosts without the permission of the person who originally uploaded the file (without manually entering their username and password). Also, what host are you talking about that allows people to RU from filesonic without username:pass entered before the link? (I can't do this with fileserve, hotfile and oron [probably not safe to list the other hosts here, could you send a pm?]) Why not put a checkbox in the settings section that disables outgoing remote upload so that we can decide when our files are available for remote upload?

    You can't RU FS-to-FS without a username & password! You need a premium account. This is something we implemented a few weeks ago.
