i can see my stats already...

 

Still no stats for me and remote upload just sits in "pending"

 

downloads per day ain't updating (today 8/5 is not even showing) and under payments 'total paid and unpaid' show 0$

I cant upload by ftp, it says wrong username or password

 

yes, we do not understand why we waited 1 month for a new website that is filled with bugs. Even if we are willing to wait the additional 2 weeks, the downloaders and the people who bought accounts from us certainly won't.

 

I use this to surf for stuff. I just used it to verify my old sharingmatrix links.
Hope this will help to ID bad links. They included support for sharingmatrix about a month ago and they have already updated their support to include filesonic.

So even if Filesonic gets this mess sorted what prefix do we use to ID files in forums? FS=Fileserve. Maybe FSUCK?

 

A question about sharingmatrixs privacy of files by the way, i sent a mail but was ignored as always. I wonder why sites like "filestube" can index my uploads without me even linking the files ONCE. Shouldn't i be the only one having access to files i just uploaded, or is sharingmatrix letting their partner sites somehow index all of our uploads before we put the links "out there" so to say?

 

My main concern is that tomorrow is Friday and normally pay-out day for SM.... My balance is currently sitting at "zero", all the money has disappeared. If no one gets paid tomorrow, this is going to cause a much bigger uproar that all the other issues listed so far.

When i am reporting bugs..its saying MAIL NOT SENT. I think there is also a bug in bug reporting service too..lolz

 

I try to send bug-report but it's appear
"Mail was not sent" . WTH ?

this is a blunder by filesonic, they thought that filesonic will be more great than "not to old sharingmatrix", but now I miss my sharingmatrix.

 

They havent done the testing properly...On first priority basis they should fix the statistics page

 

For 2 dayz i cant upload anything , getting a lot of complaints from forums coz of dead lnks , plz fix the statistic page atleast

 

I'm not afraid about the stats not working properly, SharingMatrix / FileSonic are very generous and they will take care of it plus compensation. No doubt about that.. But they need to fix the upload issue!
I also upload to Hotfile which takes just a few minutes for a couple of gigabytes but with old sharingmatrix it took a whole day. I needed to reupload files 20-30 times and they still not working. I've been waiting patiently for the launch of FileSonic, which promised to be bug free and now when it launched it has more bugs than sharingmatrix. I'm afraid it will be impossible to repair their reputation or atleast it will be extremely hard and costly.
I'm not wasting more time waiting, I've already registered with FileServe and uploaded 61gb in less than 1.5h.
