whoever is having the problem of files not showing in Files Manager.. How big is the file? And how long ago did you upload it?

I have a few suggestions that I will be happy if you would review carefully:

In the RU page, can the names of the files be sorted alphabetically?
In the RU page, can you make a button to retry failed files etc.?
In the file manager there is the feature of generating all links in folder to a txt file, however once generating, the links aren't sorted alphabetically, can this be solved?

7 files size between 100 to 300mb more than 30mins now status showing DOWNLOADED

 

also to me..about 10 files of 400mb each, showed downloaded...almost 30min and they arent in file manager.

 

Looks like our upload servers are overloaded and the transfers are taking time. Please be patient guys.

We will be adding more servers very soon to speed up the transfer of your uploads.

thanks for the update, I just wanted to make clear that the delay from my end is from ftp upload. The files were about 320 MB each and took close to an hour to show up in the FM. I'm going to try a 240 MB file on ftp right now, i'll let you know how soon it goes through.

i wonder something.. before 10 days all the time you post in forum no sales 1 week and etc... and now everyday good sales what is difrent between this week whitout sales and this days with 5-6 per day ? find good place for posting games ? djkelaj?

I m a free user now and uploaded some stuffs.
If i become a premium today (for example lifetime), would filesonic still keep my older uploads forever too? Thanx

 

Your older files will be safe as long as they are not reported for DMCA infringement.

I purchased a premium upgrade for 1 month using Paypal.
Paypal initiate a payment enquiry and hold the payment - so you disable my premium status.
Now, the enquiry is over and the payment settled.
But you still did not resume my premium status. (Filesonic account: chiuchiu)
I request you resume my premium status ASAP and compensate for the several days (since Jan 27) of premium status.

 

your a premium user so it applies to all your uploaded files not unless it was already in your deleted folder

 

All done! You are premium for 1 month from today

a found a problem with filesonic site showed on Firefox 3.6.13

when i click on "manage files" to see my files, firefox take a long time to show the page & when it reach it, it show me this message

"A script on this page may be busy, or it may have stopped responding. You can stop the script now, or you can continue to see if the script will complete.

then i can continu or stop the script, i try continu & the page is show with the top menu (manage files - reporting - payments - ...). if i stop the script, this to menu is hidden & all kind of layer are not showed.

the prob happens each time when i click on "manage files"
if i navigate inside manages file in page 2 or 3, the probs is not happen, only the 1st time to access(click on manage files) gives me this message.

HI hish ! the FTP upload don,t support Chinese file name .they still can,t be uploaded
i am waiting for resolvement please fix it thanks !
