i completed my 50th sales today with a bang.
i got 6 members to buy filesonic premium accounts off my links.
one is life time (my 6th lifetime ) and rest are 1 months , but it is showing 5 in my accounts. i guess one member didn't buy properly. can you help me again like you have helped me in the past ?

Filesonic why don't you create your official fan page at facebook?

 

Now i notice all my file are gone to my folder where i use to copy my links bcoz those days file get reported very quickly.
Anyways now i do 1 link move my copy folder to original butt even then files still in my copy folder.

So i stop work till this problem not fix bcoz i don't wanna lost my files by mistaken.


Plz fix this ASAP bcoz today i just start to spread my post butt i stop now bcoz off this problem.

I'm sure Hish & his team fix this soon.

The problem persists.
I have 87 pages in the root folder and I can not use the search and move the files to a personal folder. All files are moved, instead of the selected files.

I hope that fixes it.

 

As a free user of Filesonic (& not an overly frequent one) I keep getting a message that says..

"Download error Free Users are not allowed to download more than 1 file at a time"

- in spite of me not doing so

It continues.. Upgrade to Premium for parallel downloads

The only suggestion i have recieved from contacting tech support is to delete my cookies for the week (and thus loose all site logins etc)

I have done so three times now but after requesting FS revue the cookies they are sending - no changes seem to have been made

Is this a deliberate tactic to try to get me to sign up to a premium account??

Because if it is... It's counter productive ​

Why would i wish to use or expect others to use a system that blocks people under a false premise

(that users are attempting to download more than is allowed)

& bcoz of that problem i can't work bcoz i can't figure out where i save my files so i stop work for today.

& most important its weekend time

this problem is not only with filesonic, you can see this with all other hosts. there's a lot of ways to fix this you just have to search the internet.

Limiting free users from downloading is very essential for getting more sales, strategies like hourly bandwidth limit, at least 1 minute waiting time, 400mb+ limit, limited free slots etc will not put much annoyance to free users while some others like lengthy & difficult captcha, slower download speeds less than 100 KBps, heavy ads etc will not be useful at all for promoting sales as people usually avoids site with ads. So many ads nowadays contain malicious codes, scripts etc (one of the main reason why people avoid megaupload is for this reason, also their toolbar & upload manager is a spyware tool).

Also please continue current incompatibility with major download managers, to do username@password remote upload to other hosting sites etc as this will limit abusing the premium account to a lot.

Filesonic is the best, no other hosting site will come closer to you...

 

Although my downloads are increasing, my stats always show 0. (talking about counted downloads)
Why my stats page is not working at all ?
Can this happen because of inactivity ? Because I didn't use my account for a few months. Please help.

 

do you think someone will give you that info, we spent a lot of effort of finding forums where to post and experiment on which of them we can get sales. do you your homework dude

 

Yes nobody will give you that information. It took me 2 days to make a list of US traffic forums.

I think you are on Pay per sale check it in Settings > Payment Plan

 

FileSonic is BY FAR the slowest file host especially for premium users. I've used premium accounts for MegaUpload, Rapidshare, Hotfile, Oron, FileServe, DepositFiles, all of them VERY fast with my great connection. FileSonic is the only one that is slow, and that is with IDM, which it is almost impossible to get to work with FileSonic. I am sure the only reason people use them is because of the payouts, but I don't give a crap about that, all I know is that their downloading is atrocious. And they are unwilling to address that issue, so they don't deserve anyone's hard earn money for a premium account.
