2)lack of balanced rewards from both sales+downloads - Which other big host offers that?

3) counter problem at times (not sure, but still people complain about that) - We had problems during the summer, but since then everything is fixed!

4) We pay an extremely high PPS rate, and most people prefer that!

Hello all,
For people who have doubts about filesonic let me tell you my personal ideas. This is not being on one's side but all are truth. I am uploader since long time and i uploaded over 100 gb's of files to both rapidshare,hotfile and other services. Believe me or not none of them pays you as much as filesonic.
In rapidshare they dont have you to store much files or they want you to pay more for storing which is positive side of filesonic which never limits you for file storage. Filesonic supports uploaders.
In hotfile after working so much and posting very rare stuff i still could manage to make 400 usd in 4 months. They have very bad ranking system which pays you 4 usd for 1000 downloads if your files are downloaded not much. Filesonic does not do this. They have stable ratio for each files.
And most important fact is with filesonic as you see in this forum you always have someone writes you reply asap whenever you have problem. Most services do not reply and dont solve your problems quickly. You send mail and wait at least a day.
I am posting to filesonic since middle of november and after 2 months i made 600 usd cash which other services never offer you this. I specially thank to filesonic for everything.

interesting point.. I just calculated my earnings and I see I can earn more in fixed $10 pps with %20 referral.. but.. I have 1 user invited to elite plan.. when I want to return to $10 pps, will I still stay his referrer to earn his %20 earnings ? as I was not the invited him to filesonic first, but I just invited existing user to elite plan..

hi hish i request a little fix for file manager that i guess most of us want it too , Can we use multiple page (like 7 -10 page )at the same time when copying , moving ...etc . i will be glad to hear this modification . because when i uploaded 100-200 files at the same time i cant find them properly and lose alot time for finding my files or copying ,moving them .Sharingmatrix file manager had this but at the new file manager has not . Can it be make ?

Hi guys,
Will someone explain the principle of giving refunds? I have been seeing a lot lately and not sure why. Can someone buy a premium membership then download the files they want and get a refund when they are finished? Do they have to prove that FS did not work for them and they couldn't download anything at all? I haven't heard of any other hosts giving refunds except maybe if the buyer can prove the service absolutely did not work and the file host could not remedy the situation. I don't think buyer's remorse after getting the wanted files cuts it with other hosts and I'm not saying with FS either. Well you know what I'm sayin'. Just looking for some clarification on refund policy.

This problem isn't something filesonic can control. Payment services such as paypal are responsible for refunds. There doesn't seem to be a way around it as once a person requests a refund from paypal, the money moves out of filesonic's account therefore we cannot be rewarded the sale.

 

As FXXXB mentioned, the refunds you see are not issued by FileSonic; they're issued by either Paypal or the credit card processor. If FileSonic voluntarily issues a refund (i.e. not a refund initiated by Paypal/processor), the affiliate who brought in the sale is never penalized.

Totally agreed! I have worked with RS , HF too. About RS, they always cared about their business not uploaders. In hotfile, more hard work == vey less payment ( i used to earn few cents a day). In filesonic, less effort == very high payment. Now i earn around $50 a day. Thankyou Filesonic & I don't think i need payments from rebills in FS cz they are already paying us very high & rebills are the only way they can earn. If we want to become rich the company who are paying us should also be rich so whoever demanding for rebill payments plz stop being greedy.

 

Last 5 hours DL links has a big problem. My users wrote " links dead " ; however , links online but pages has a problem like this :

Please fix this problem, my sales has a lot of negative effects on this problem...

 

Have you gotten this error yourself, or did a user report it to you? Because I've been able to download some of your files without issues. PM me the details.

18folder, you are right, earning money from rebillings is LAZY and slacker's work.
The more you want to earn the more you share. PPS is the best FORGET THE REST

 

Users reported me and when I checked sometimes I got this error page. I always report problems like this but It doesnt solved yet... I'm sending pm again.
