What is your user ID? How many downloads did u have back then?

Did you try to refresh a few times? Maybe it is landing on a bad server!

I'm afraid that's not possible. There's nothing in our system that could make stats 'go back'. One possible explanation is that, when you refreshed, you landed on a server that was out of sync. Try refreshing again.

1) added websites should be approved by you? I added a website some days ago, I uploaded the key and pressed "confirm", but it's still unconfirmed

2) Thanks for Image Hosting, but I don't understand the advantage of associating an image to a file... into the image preview page there isn't any link to the file associated and when you download the associated file you don't have any link to this image.
Using the link "attach image" next to the file name in "file manager" doesn't attack the image to the file, it only upload the image, then you need to attach it in "Sonic preview" searching for the file
p.s. generated bbcode appears in a too low textarea, should be at least 3 lines height

 

I wish we could see our earnings on browser title.. just like gmail style showing unread mail count which is updated in realtime
or a mini dashboard or earnings could be placed on top of login panel.. so earnings could be seen in everypage of filesonic when we r logged in

 

That's my problem too.. I need to switch to firefox everytime I will upload screenies..

 

Filesonic please bring some desktop tool for mass uploading images which will give users tagged photo links at once which will be very very useful for uploading more & more movies & videos. Imageshack's uploader http://imageshack.us/content.php?page=uploader is resembling example to consider.

Current system is very difficult to use as getting links image by image is a tedious job to do if the no of screen shots are large like 30, 50 etc, also there is not option to get hot link (direct linking) which is what need for getting more & more downloads & sales.

Just checked and refreshed a few times - made no difference.
If I look at my 'unpaid' balance it is correct, but my stats page shows 7 downloads less than it did about 20 hours ago, and the earnings are correspondingly less (and don't tally with my unpaid balance). We are talking about 10 cents or something here - not even worth bothering about in it's self - I'm more bothered that it happened at all, and that all new downloads have just totally stopped. There are a number of people downloading multi-part files and I would expect at least that they would be downloading a file or two, but not a sausage. It's all a bit odd

We saw an increase in the amount of PPS payout since we launched it, so affiliates are making more from it!

so, now if i upload a file and then if that file is downloaded 500 times from group A country and 500 times downloaded from group B country(and the file size is 30 MB), then how filesonic will pay me?

Filesonic pays for each & every successful downloads, $x for 1000 downloads is used for making the reward scheme more appealing to the people.
