Again, I confirm that stats are counting fine. Either your 'friend' downloaded as a premium user, or he didn't complete the download, or some other valid reason (like you trying to download your own files). Give me details about his download and I'll show you exactly what happened in our database logs.

Honestly guys, I'm getting fed up of this. We're working our a**es off the improve the product, launch promos, give you exciting features and opportunities, and all I'm faced with is doubters who just wanted money handed to them by a stats 'fix', rather than work for it. This is disappointing and discouraging.

 

Fileserve has surpassed filesonic even in the ''adult'' section . Posting on only 1 of the biggest XXX forums to test it out , then will spread the topics to 300+ other forums

Did a little test :

1. Removed all my fileserve links & moved to PPS

2 Days - no sale ($0 Earnings)

2. Removed all my Filesonic Links

LOL - Fileserve earnings soared way up

3. Posted both Fileserve & filesonic links ( Waiting for hish to move me back to PPD )

Will check out download ratio / day for fileserve + filesonic links

Hi everyone, i have a payments problem.

This is a picture from my statistics page;



As you can see, i have 17-18$. But in my payments page, 11$ of that money shows as paid althought i haven't got any payments from filesonic since i became member.

In that picture my situation is shown;



I have that problem for months. I waited for being fixed it but nothing happened. So what can i do to get payments from filesonic.

Please can you help me? Sorry for my lack of english.

Filesonic please give us a statistic option to see last downloaded file (with time), by bringing such a statistic option we can give you clear proof that something wrong with counting system at certain times.

my stats havent updated for the past 20 minutes , and i just unleashed fresh posts on many forums , i agree it may be a bad day it happens , but not a single cent for 20 minutes?

 

i just noticed that the total under the selected days , doesn't mach the counted money , it misses couple of cents ,why is that ? it is not so important for me ,but i have to say it if it can be any indication to the FS Staff

 

PM me your login. If it's a matter of a few cents, it's probably related to rounding...

FileSonic-IT do you see how many bugs show you members ? so it`s posible to have problem also with stats count ...

 

All I see is a KNOWN bug that's a few months old (from when we transitioned from SM) related to payments and not stats. This is a known issue that only affected users who had under $15 a few months ago, and we're fixing them as they are reported. The other one is most likely related to rounding.

If we find bugs, we'll fix them. However, I don't see any other real 'bugs' reported. I'm still waiting for info on your 'friend', as mentioned earlier.

 

No problem for me, actually many people have reported this problem in this forum many times & i too notice such issues at certain days, in order to convince filesonic staff about this issue such a statistic will be very useful.

 

What 'problem' are you referring to? If the reported problem is 'low stats', then yes, people who have bad days will report this on forums. If there's a legitimate, specific problem, let me know so I can fix it.

 

i can`t give you info becouse he is friend from my list in skype.. how can i know his ip addres thats why i need to catch him in skype and ask for his ip addres but if ip it`s not static......

ip addres is better idea becouse i post many links per day and i`m not sure which file was so i will send you ip addres after i talk with him i`m not for 1 download but situation was.. i give him file link he download it and i request from him proof to tell me part of the movie and he give me the proof and after check the stats files have 0 downloads...

 

By the way, guys, I just did an analysis, and yesterday's payouts were the 3rd highest in FileSonic history (and we have a history of very high payouts ). Someone is clearly making a lot of money. Those of you who are having a few bad days should ask yourselves what you need to do to jump on this. I'm sure that some countries and niches have a more severe post-holiday impact than others. Perhaps you should talk amongst yourselves and figure out the patterns.

This is definitely a more productive way to tackle sluggish earnings!

 

I want to know one thing, why you filesonic support delete a lot of files. I have already almost 200 files deleted from you, maybe it's from my files' copy-right owners request. where I share my files, I share also deposiftiles links with filesonic link, when I see Filesonic link have been deleted from copy-right owners request depositfile link still alive. Also such case are most of other hosts. No one like you delete so many files
