If you have pay per download plan, is that you do not receive money for the purchase premium accounts.

 

I didn't know you see the premium sales if you're in the download count setting, how about letting me see downloads if i am in the pay per sale system?

Also FTP isn't working at all again, it's completely dead, file starts sending, goes down to 0.0kb/s (always locks up at 64kb sent) and eventually disconnects, maybe you guys want to open up that firewall that can't handle the amount of sessions or whatever is causing this issue.

I hope you get control over the situation asap filesonic.

 

I have been using sharingmatrix for about the last 2 months and here are my findings.

Filesonic is for you if you enjoy:

1. A new file manager that give users less information and is an even slower and less responsive time-burglar than the old one.

2. Ftp servers that are up and down like a yo-yo. Wake up to find that 40 uploads have quit part way through and your ftp directory is full of half done uploads.

3. Having to do the math to figure out your July bonus and then badger them with email to get it.

4. Having to do the math for you August compensation for the whole system being FUBAR and then badger them with email to get it.

I've written a lot of data driven websites and know that once the SQL query is written and working it is a simple task to get the web page to display the data properly. As such I find it odd that for several weeks now filesonic has claimed they are working bugs out of their system while the statistics page continues to display information that errs grossly on the side of file sonic. This causes me to pose several questions. If filesonic's programmers cannot code their file manager and stats pages to display data properly, are they capable of coding the procedures required to compile this data to begin with? Since verifying download numbers while not impossible is certainly not practical, and filesonic's programmers may be incompetent, is it not possible that the entire thing amounts to a random number generator governed by successive approximations to filesonics earning expectations?

Currently I am waiting till I have enough download points for a premium account - then I can remote upload my files to another host. I suggest you do the same.

You're in for more disappointment. Remote uploading from FS is unreliable at best.

 

Yeah i'm starting to loose hope to, i love what sharingmatrix was before though, hosts like hotfile are the worst, it's funny i spent more time on hotfile in the beginning learning that i didn't sell a single premium account there, and then i started using sharingmatrix and all of the sudden i sold accounts like crazy, obvious that hotfile and other hosts are hiding numbers from their clients and not giving people money for what they sell, this is why i like filesonic/sharingmatrix, i hope they can get back on track.

 

you don't get money from sales dude when you're on pay per download.

People reporting RU from FS also doesn't work, so... Good luck!

Guys, please note that your "Paid" balance might be overstated. It's a calculation error and doesn't mean that we've paid you and you haven't received it.

By the way, expect major improvements on remote and FTP upload in the next 24-48 hours, if everything goes according to plan. I think I might have found the one major issue that is causing this.

I've noticed that when trying to access the files from asia I get "504 Gateway Time-out" but same file is accessable from europe.

 

Yes i see people sharing without any trouble in russian forums. So i guess the troubles are geo based. So i recommend everyone to show some patience and lets hope all'd be fine soon
