Hi everyone,

Those of you who have issues with payments, please make sure you've sent me a PM. I will evaluate them one by one starting Monday and will issue credits if anything is missing. Please give me time to go through all the requests.

Also, we believe we have found a solution to make FTP & Remote Upload MUCH more stable. As many of you know, the speed has been amazing; we just need to patch up a few things related to connections, corrupted files etc. Stay tuned for more in the next day or two.

Believe me, no one on my time has been working M-F 9-5. It's more like 14 hours a day, 6 or 7 days a week. Despite all the complaints, many aspects of the site have gotten fixed and are continuing to be fixed.

Also, in terms of forums banning us, this is something we are confident we can settle with forum owners once everything is under control. We've done it when we bought SharingMatrix. It does NOT take months and years, contrary to what some people mentioned.

 

Yes i know really you guys are efficient to compensate the troubles. Personally Hish completed my request past and i have full trust on you guys

 

I for one not going to sent a pm, i see it as lost money....after this any problem on fileserve will peanuts compared to this shitty crappy host

many problems in there. like not count multiple downloads.

I think FS have to pay compensation for this week, because service have still too many bugs & WMs are losing money as previously.

 

Absolutely agree, it's impossible to work. FTP doesn't work, a lot of files inaccessible, I'm not sure if stats are working correct. And many many many many many other bugs.

 

How many time to all bugs are resolved?

We want information!

I have used Easy-Share 3 years and don't have a single bug. My payouts was always in time. My statistics never had a problem.

I don't upload nothing more on this FS until everything be ok.

I'm really don't like work for nothing.

Hi everyone, i'm new to this forum, and i have to fight against bugs and your same problems too...

The site "says" that they have paid me 29,64$ but i only received 21,19$..... I have wrote over 10 mails to the support and they have never answered me! FileSonicsupport HELP US!
