Was having problem with this type of link in evening but seems ok now.

Just started using filesonic... and I am getting downloads but my stats are not updating, are the stats frozen or do they just not update instantly?

I am sick and tired of these problems. Instead of downloading I spent hours on this forum without any constructive input from you. I was not able to download using the majority of links I tried. The speed was either zero, or downloading began and then stopped. One link worked almost fine. This is not what a premium user can expect from a service like yours. I request refund and will never use your service again. I used several services similar to yours: R*share, letitbit, vip-file, etc. Never had problems with speed or support. But not with filesonic.

12 hours ago I could download, both with IDM and Jdownloader. It was far from perfect experience, the speed was unstable and not at maximum (it varied from 2 Mb/sec to 500 Kb/s and worse), but at least I COULD download!
All I can see now in Jdownloader is CONNECTION LOST, DOWNLOAD FAILED.

 

@Snarkoid : It seems you're the only one havign such problem.
Did you try with another computer ? another Internet Service Provider ?

 

If you're experiencing a problem that just popped up 12 hours ago, then it is a local issue -- most likely related to the link between your ISP and our servers -- as absolutely nothing has changed on our end in the last 12 hours. All systems are stable, and, in fact even your speed fluctuation between 500K and 2Mb is a sign of an unhealthy link between your ISP and our servers.

I would contact your ISP. Or, if you wish, PM me your IP address and I will see if I can trace an issue from here.

 

This means that the problem is from your side... Jdownloader is working with me and IDM is working with Max.!

Can you try downloading from the browser?

I tried it, I reported this in my previous posts!!! Only ONE link worked almost fine. Others, both in Opera and Firefox, did not start or started at low speed and then stopped.

 

@Snarkoid : Did you try with another computer ?

 

Koku, I don't have another computer. But, be sure, my computer is fine.
And I have no single problem with other file hosting services, I listed those above.

I see that you have done the new plans - great!
But unfortunately they are all only for PPS - which I do not use. ;P
I have a question whether you will do some additional plan for PPD?
Would have been nice if you could do something like.
eg.
That for all the downloads (regardless of size), for example, would be 10USD per 1000 downloads.
Or is the same for all files, and groups A, B, C - $ 10 per 1000 DL, and for group D - 5USD per 1000 DL.

What do you think about it?

 

im downloading fine at very speed so dont see any prob from filesonic must be ur ISP

Thanks for your suggestion. However, we find it important to make distinction between different file sizes/country groups, as each of these categories converts differently.

At the same time, the current matrix allows affiliates to increase their earnings substantially by posting files of certain file sizes and to different country groups. We believe that this plan provides much more potential for earnings for affiliates.

Secure, password-protected links & Remote FTP & HTTP uploads now available even to free users, this move is most welcome but please ask JDownloader developers to support filesonic's password protect files downloading very easy for premium members.

Once JDownloader supports filesonic premium even to password protected files then there is no worries as files cannot be leeched to other filesonic or other hosts accounts

 

Yes, but such a plan would be more profitable for those who upload more files but smaller, eg 50 - 100 MB.

Oron, has a similar plan, but they offer up to $ 25 per 1000 DL (from all countries and regardless of file size), but unfortunately have a rank system.

It seems to me that such a plan would be more profitable for people who regularly upload, but smaller files.
And would have been nice if the users with PPD also had some other choice when it comes to PPD. As there are now PPS.
