    Can you upload on "Advanced upload"? I can select only 1 file, ctrl+left click don't work. I try in mozilla, ie and epiphany on my laptop and server and don't work.

    Hello Friends, I have complete my 15 $ on 4th jan 2011. but i dont recive my payment. i m still waiting. i m a primeum user. my expiry date is 24 jan 2011. i think this is a biggest fraud. i have make 23$ in 2 days.

    PM me your user ID. We have never frauded anyone and never will. This thread is filled with happy affiliates who have been paid always, and on time.

    My prediction: either your payment was put on hold by our fraud control team, or you made a few cents under $15. In any case, I will confirm for sure after you send me your user id.

    Perhaps someone here can answer this.
    I started with Filesonic in late September as a free user.
    I used the 'redeem points' option to purchase a premium account in late October giving me a premium account until late November.
    I used the 'redeem points' option 4 more times between then and mid December extending my account to late March.
    However, as of late December or early January, it shows an expiry date of February 1st, a loss of about 50 days of premium account.

    Additionally, on January 3rd I twice more tried the 'redeem points' option. The $10 was deducted from my account but there was no change to the expiry date.
    I sent an e-mail to premium support on January 3rd. No repsonse received to date. So much for "Please allow up to 24 hours for answers during working days"...
    I sent another email today but then dicovered this site so I thought I would make an inquiry here as well.

    Does anyone know what is going on?
