    friend, there is no FIX here (zero $ means, the members who buy premium members canceled their premium membership from paypal)
    and they want refund. There is nothing to do for you. I had same problem for me in the past. Sorry friend..they do not have anything to do .
    According to the rules of PAYPAL, filesonic have to accept REFUND and can not block money.

    @above & eshk088 - both wrong

    he was on PPD until 28/12/2010 from then on he switched to PPS, when on PPD you do not earn from sales but you do from downloads...
    so you have 8 sales as stated

    so... you ahve earnt from all sales after the 28th December
    and you get $3 bonus per sale - whats the problem?

    I am on pps, but shouldn't I be able to see how many times a file has been downloaded in 'manage files' ?
    All my files are sat at zero downloads which seems a bit unlikely. Guess I'll have to post some prawn lol.
