I'd wager the majority of affiliates were paid. I know that is little comfort to those who were not but I'd advise them to PM Hisco (see Post #359) rather than posting here. He came through for a bunch of people (including me) last week. It's too easy to overlook posts in the forum considering the length of the thread.

what are you talking about? all money from sharingmatrix is put in the "Total Paid in USD", i don't give a F about your bugs. I'm talking about this, its totaly ignored by support, many have this problem, but filesonic doesn't reply to this. How hard would it be to fix to place the sharingmatrix money into "Unpaid in USD".

before posting here did you checked your traffic left in RS, is 50GB deducted from your available traffic?

we dont know if the files were just duplicated from FS server and not actually RUed from RS so you should check your traffic left before cursing here

But the site is as good as useless this weekend - remote uploads "queued" for over 24 hours and then when one did work it was 3megs missing which made the rar file useless - FTP/web upload just does not work for me at all.

 

-if i upload file how can i find its link (i dislike to search the file in many files)
- today my payout decrease from 10$ to 1$ how?
- site is very slowely

 

It is not true .... free users = premium users .... They count one download per unique IP every 24 hours.
I am very disappointed by them!

 

Other File hosting site if you earn from sales they are counting 1 premium DL per IP every 24hrs, others counts all downloads if you dont earn from premium sales.

 

I've responded to your email, asking you to provide me with example links but you didn't. Instead you chose to post on DP, while everybody here knows that we have a reputation for being honest. We might not be the best technically yet, but we're the most honest and straightforward site in the industry. We've never missed a payment and we've never ever omitted a download, except in the case of clear, provable fraud. If this is not the case with you, please respond to my email so I can diagnose the problem.

Perhaps your file was deleted for copyright infringement. Unfortunately, we don't send email notifications yet. I will try to implement this early next week.

 

Moving files to folders does not work. Answer the question: why in the early ALWAYS is a lot of downloads (at night) and during the day, paradoxically, less?

 

I'm sorry to hear this. How big as the files you were trying to upload? Please PM me the details and I'll try to work out a good solution for you.

I'm not sure I understand your question. Are you asking why downloads increase at night? Which timezone?

 

Update:

Guys, RU & FTP are slightly overloaded but we're working to relieve the problem. It should already be better. As for your other requests, they've ALL been noted but I'm not able to answer them indivudally, as many are duplicated. Rest assured we're doing everything we can, including on weekends, to resolve issues one by one, in order of importance to critical functions (uploads, downloads).
