my payment info is wrong...it shows that i got payment but still i did not gt it....hope you fix it

I have an error in payout....

my last payout was on 30th july which was $ 19.14 and from 1st aug to 14 aug my payout is $ 36.48

but filesonic sent me payment only $ 22.20, where is my rest balance, but in paid section it displayed $ 55.72

but i only got $ 41.34 as shown in pic below

where is my rest $ 14.38 please clarify me....waiting....

I think never use Rapidshare to Filesonic remote upload. Because I had same problem like you. I lost 100GB bw instead of 12-13GB. Especially there is a problem about 400+ MB files.

 

I think I'm just gonna leave filesonic alltogether... It sucks, and reading the replies here a lot of people are not getting paid. So bye bye filesonic. You were never that good in the first place.

 

oh that was an unhealthy attempt. coz every one knows there is trouble with remote upload.

 

And FTP upload.....and Web Flash upload.....

I wouldn't expect any movement before their promised "big upgrade" next week.

 

When i joined months ago they already had a banner with filesonic on it so what your saying is complete nonsense, since there is no way they couldn't have planned it.

Another thing i seen many people here with the same problem i have, and guess what that IT dude totally ignores it NO reply to any post about it, if thats not a "wall of silence" what would be....

But again i see this money as lost, and move on with fileserve

 

Months ago? Try again. The first posting was 29 June. One month and a couple days prior to the site switch.

Even so, this post does not indicate everything was in place. A real estate agent slaps a SOLD sign on a home he is shopping when a buyer begins to draw up paperwork, not 6-8 weeks later when escrow and all the other paperwork is complete.

Move on if you like. I cannot blame you after the mess FS has caused and is still far from cleaning up. That said, I've dealt with plenty of hosts and your "wall of silence" doesn't hold. They may not be giving anyone the answers we'd like, but that is different from ignoring folk. You'd get the impression from your posts that you'd rather have the IT guys monitoring the forums rather than working to fix the bugs. I'd rather have them work on the bugs.

 

Got same problem, ~13$ missing.
