If the site down today ?
I can't do much of anything since about 9 hours ago - filemanager page loads but any actions I take just hang for ages then give 'application error' (that's in firefox). In chrome I can't even log in - just hangs forever.

Anyone else or is it just me ?

Also has anyone had an alertpay card yet? ordered mine when they were first available and nothing still???

Did anyone from filesonic look at paxum.com yet? i ordered my card from there after the alertypay one and have that already and using it.??

 

What exactly represents a sale of 0$? I have one in my account and I can't figure that out...

 

Some other members already reported this issue before. And I also have sales of 0$.
It might be a cancellation of a trial membership, but let's wait for a reply by the FS staff on this.

There seems to be a small problem with the $0 .. Not sure though...

We will look at it in a while and let you know.. Don't worry, all sales and renewals are tracked , so there is a problem in making them appear in your accounts...

honestly after so many complane, if filesonic want people from filesonic to be happy it`s time to remove this promotion which is not good for all.. me personal is PPD but when i check digital and all the time i see complane for that .. but i`m not the person who will make changes.. but maybe it`s time support to think about that becouse now people can`t say ,,HoHoHooooooo Merry Christmas,, they all say ,,,,,,

The problem seems to be fixed but I still have a problem because I have 2 sales which weren't counted.

Im checking some accounts and it duplicates the number of sales... But the $ value is correct...

Is this what happened with u?

i didnt earn and get any premium users since 3-4 days and i concerned about my account .Do i have any limitation, restriction on my account ? (i also have some doubts on this issue which i have already noted and detailed it on my p.m please read it carefully !)

Please dont take offense, Just asking ! and want to get the real problem on this issue ..is this problem about my account or is it about my sharing type ? .i dont want to spend 4-5 hours daily time for getting nothing !

my filles are downloaded in just 1 day premium account right now..nobody have anymore interest to buy for even a month premium since it have taken already what interested

at least i get promo bonus for the 1$ sale ?

I got 2 domain sales yesterday. Only one appear in the premium sales count column (still the http://www.filesonic.com/file/0/ problem).
And I got 4 sales today but only 3 are counted (http://www.filesonic.com/file/0/ issue too).
In both cases the http://www.filesonic.com/file/0/ sales were removed from the statistics-premium-sales-details, they were there few hours ago .

This happened last week too and you added the sale manualy the sales to my count.
