Just want clarification on something ...
If I upload a load of stuff as a free user, then buy a premium, say, 10 days later ... will the files I uploaded as a free user definitly not be deleted after 30 days (or whatever the policy is) ? ie will they become 'premium status' files and have permanent storage ?

As long as you are premium, then the rule of deleting the files gets removed... But when you become free, even the files that were uploaded as premium, will be gone 30 days if it didnt get downloads!

Man it is useless to get angry and be rude like that, that's not a good way to resolve your issues.
I agree that when you send mail to filesonic they never answer, I tried several times myself and never got an answer, but this is mostly the same for all hostfile.
But in this forum you have really helpfull filesonic support guys and they answer really quick and take users opinion , so just be kind enough and Im sure they will help you.

The problem is that this guy is entirely delusional. His account is not blocked at all, and there is not such thing as blocking a 'free feature'. In fact, he downloaded 82 files in the last 3 days, all as a premium user - definitely not a symptom of being blocked lol. He's probably trying to extort us for money, or is bored and delusional. I advise you to ignore him just as we have chosen to.

All promotions need to be requested... usually 1 or 2 days after the promo ends, you will see a request button in the news section.

So, it is not added in the $16
