I stay sometimes in Hangzhou China and sometimes in Hong Kong.
If I buy a premium in China, can I log in and use premium when I am in Hong Kong?

 

Dear i love file sonic specially new Reporting system and style of your website. I have some problems i starting the work with file sonic but i don't receive any payments yet this is because of some big changes in the site i work since beginning of the file sonic kindly consider my problem Here is the screen shot of payment and i pm you the details of my account.

but I can not be registered as a referee, I just want to make a new account, but in my current account I have many files and money, is it possible to move them to the new? I have several referrals and also, can you move them?

Is it allowed to transfer existing paypal id of filesonic account to a new filesonic account ? (but not using same paypal id on both accounts) ?

hish please fix the csv /txt issue on the file manager, it effected me badly .. i have to edit all links by my self at the file list which has larger then 1 mb .

Old txt one was awesome .. When will it be fixed ?

 

Guys,sorry for the stupid question,but where can I see my filesonic username? I'm asking because I tried to remote upload to some other hosts and it gave me an error. - I tried to put my email,then only the name before the "@", my ref ID...nothing worked...
Can someone help me with that?

Are you downloading from your browser or using a download manager? Where are you located? Could you please PM me a link that you tried to download? I would like to make sure it is not a server problem.

Same for me, in promo days I have almost no sales just 1-2 if Im lucky, too many people posting links in promo days so we have less chance to made sales and also in the main forum where I post they dont allow to post new filesonic links in promo days to prevent spam.

I have a problem,when I remote files to FileSonic it says that upload is successfully completed but the files are not uploaded to my account.

What is the problem?
(Premium account expires tomorrow and I can not use it)
