Stan, thank you for a very reasonable response.

Guys, yes we have issues. Yes, the launch didn't go as expected. But we've been working around the clock to fix the most critical problems. I've been getting dozens and dozens of bug reports. As Stan mentioned, I end up spending my time working with my programmers to fix them and might sometimes miss a response or two. However, all the bugs are recorded. This is why we created a bug reporting system.

Now, we've progressed A LOT since the launch, and we hope that you will see this as a sign of good things to come.

FYI, we just issued all payouts + compensation, as promised. Sorry for being late a few hours. I really hope that this shows you that we will always pay, no matter what! Stats are running fine, but do get delayed sometimes due to large volume of data (we're still doing pretty well in number downloads, despite everything).

Alright guys, I'm off to bed, as I've barely slept in the last 48 hours . I'll be around tomorrow if you have any questions.

Can you trust 12th, 13th, 14th statistics value?
I and some people reported static bug in here,
but FileSonic support never reply 24hours about this.

 

NOW I report your errors in 14th Aug
1) when you start to filesonic form sharing matrix, the total pay is changed in to total paid . In fact, I don't not recieve the money from you
2) the file move botton is not availible. I mean i cannot move any file to a folder when I have just upload the files form my FTP applicaton

I created new folders and moved files into them but they are all gone (I did it through the website "manage files"). Link of files moved get error "504 Gateway Time-out". I tried to send a bug report but it didnt work. Anyone else have this problem? Are the files gone for good or will they show up in my account later?

 

Statictics are fully returned to its original state. they seem

We know they are working on other problems ..

1) Remote upload -> problems (example - Netload)
2) ftp ---> No Problems
3) Magene files ->
a) move the file (do not move) When you move files on the page do not process (Browse test - Firefox - i.e - Chrome)
b) unknown number of files are loading (error)


4) Domain sales statistics do not appear
5) Top 50 partners problem (it seems all the users)


I wish the problems to be overcome as soon as possible .. I know that will be exceeded

 

Something seem better, but Manage file still bad. I hope FS will add search files in this zone.
