    No maybe. He is definitely set for pay per download. Total column matches dl column exactly. Need to change your settings if you would like to be paid per sale.

    That was my point. I'm a premium member and was receiving 6d-7d wait time. They're obviously have probs with servers today and that may be problem. FTP is cycling again and again at present, downloads are moving at a stop/start clip of 11kb. I would guess they're getting caught in a circle. The poor server performance is only creating a greater and greater queue of uploads and downloads, generating more and more server load, lessening performance more and more.

    1. Remote upload files status always show in "pending". Make it fast as like hotfile please.

    Just find out some files with longer file names upload by FTP, their names was chunk in file managers. Last letters of those filenames are missing in file manager and downloading pages.
    Also duplicated files and 0 size files generated frequently.

    I also upgraded my account last week - and so far nothing.... I am still a free user... I have emailed filesonic on every email address I could find for them several times with no reply.

    Also that error message, I have had that lots of times over the last week, but just close the webpage and try again later and it works....

    Filesonic please read this as I really want my account upgraded, paid for 1 month to try it out but still waiting after 1 week.... I will pm you with more details and hope you can help !
