I had the same problem with us ftp server.. i switch to eu ftp server and works well

If you read our services, you will know that we don't allow downloads over 400MB for free users... However, if you claim that you have tools and accounts worth over $500, then you couldn't pay the $9 to download? This is not something we can make an exception of... It is clearly stated that free users can download up to 400MB !

hmmm... There is a different way to RU from hotfile.. Something to do with hotlinking...

An affiliate once posted about it... Do you know how?

I was your affiliate,made you much more money then thous 9 dolars and I don't found it fair for anyone that we can't download our files.Anyway,I don't care anymore.Sometime you win..sometime you lose.You just lost,houndreds maybe because you got greedy for 9 bucks,even if thous was my files.

i notice there are two ftp, if i upload to us ftp, the files will be stored on us server
so if someone want to download it, they will download from us server?

 

Hi Hish. I want to use my account balance to upgrade my account,But Now i dont have enought.If I delete my payment e-mail you will not be able to send me a payment and the money will stay in my acount.RITE?
Can I delete My payment number for this week to make the money in my ballance to upgrade,or I will lose my money?

P.s I checked the option Just now... - It's saying that the account will be upgraded and it will hold 5$ from my account.Is that 5$ for a month of upgrade?

It's not about if you care or not, if you tell them they lost, if you now cry here that you lost your files so you still care enough, to do it.

Rules always said that free users can't download larger files than 400 MB, and it doesn't matter if it is your files or uploaded by someone else.

No, they didn't lose, you did. You failed to read and think, and was to greedy to buy premium account that is worth 1/100 of your files and tools.

Yes, it does stay were you uploaded, unless there is not enough space ...Then it will move it to the other servers.

The $5 is for 1 month... If you delete the payment number in the settings, then you will not receive the payout tomorrow!
