The site today is definitely MUCH better than it was at the beginning of the week. We're moving forward guys, and we're almost there!

Expect a big revamp early next week that's going to fix most and hopefully all bugs.

So far, my team has been working 12-14 hours a day on fixing the top priorities (download, upload, stats, site stability). We will continue to tackle these and then move on to the other issues, most of which we're aware of.

i wanna move my files to subdirectory.. but.. cant.. cant move

my some directory havent.. checking sub directory.. that all at SUB Dir.. but.. i cant move to ROOT

Like the big revamp last Wednesday? Sorry, I know you're taking a pounding and this was definitely a cheat shot, but I couldn't resist.

Yes, the site is better than it was at the beginning of the week and I think we can see a light at the end of the tunnel now and I thank you for the hard work. A suggestion to your higher ups once this has all settled down and the kinks worked out is that perhaps we get a bit of an explanation as to why things were mismanaged so badly going into this. Along with giving up the SharingMatrix name when you took over, did you guys also have to give up any SM tech who was familiar with the WORKING system? It could go a long way to build confidence in the future. FS really has a poor name now. Many boards where hosters are monitored are clamoring to have FS banned. Luckily, most of the mods are sitting tight to see how this all shakes out but it is getting a bit difficult for us to defend FS considering the length of time service has been interrupted.

The big complaint I'm hearing today from dl'ers is that anyone using a dl manager is getting wait times of 6d-7d for files - both free and premium users. I verified myself that this occurs with JDownloader. Dl'ing through my browser isn't a prob though.

 

anything to counter automatic leeching without having premium accounts is a plus in my eyes imo, that should be working as intended , but if you buy premium clearly download managers should be available for maximum ease of service.

 

I have still not heard anything back from you about this issue? did you read my PM?
