    2 Weeks? That's pretty ridiculous... Why did you rush into switching the site when it's clearly unfinished? Is there any way you can restore the original SharingMatrix platform while you work on making FileSonic usable?... Or are you just relying on your users to report every single bug that's wrong with FileSonic until it's in working order? Calling it "The World's Best File Sharing Site" is well, laughable.

    Has anyone been able to upload anything since change? FTP connection denied. Simple upload through website also not showing any progress. A file server site that does nothing but upload and download files shoots itself in the foot by screwing up uploading and downloading files. Glad I didn't get long membership. Couldn't you just have changed your logo???!!! Going to open hotfile account if this keeps up!

    What really bothers me the most is the new file management system, wow it's the worst piece of shit i've ever seen. Please remove it asap, you guys should take some pointers from hotfile, their file management system is flawless in comparison, however they don't pay out anywhere near as much as you guys, so you are still the best :)

    Hope the site works better tomorrow, and i hope i don't loose to much money on sales that don't get registered by your broken site !!
