But what you said it is also a misleading.
If they follow your advice “ there is not limit for filesonic" and they post 400+MB file in these section which not allow 400+MB file
what you said also will get some affiliates here in hot water if they follow your advice

Also, I believe filesonic pay good money to the wed owner since there are so many AD about filesonic.
May be you are right, the good resaon to ban something is because someone pay them to do it.

i have to report a very serious problem, the file can,t be download when it reach 99%!!! it is so Disgusting，please resolve it !!!

 

I try to download with IE as a free menber,
I click the slower download and the page just refresh again and again.
May be that is the reason why download is so slow.

I doubt FileSonic is banning you. Would I be correct in guessing you're from the UK? If so, the problem is with the way you nation's ISPs route traffic and the IWF list.

In any event, contact FSn at their homepage or Hish (FSn Support here) and I'm sure they be more than happy to assist you. It is the weekend, however, so don't get discouraged if they do not get back to you until Monday.

 

I kinda assumed affiliates understood the universal rule at such forums that only "free" links are allowed. No forum like PS allows links to be posted which require premium membership without a free download option also being made available. The 400mb and 500mb restrictions on FSn and RS respectively are practically universal. This is not a rule limited to PS. If you did not know this or if any other affiliates did not know this and I gave you the impression that such forums allowed "cash links", I offer my apologies.

 

why filesonic is always so unstable? files can,t be download ,or when reach 99% ,it can,t be download ,it will make the downloader very angry.then nobody will download somethings on the filesonic ,After all it is the downloader who make profit for filesonic ,not the uploader.thanks,please resolve these problems , it makes me so confused!!!

 

Look like the stats is fine.
The real reason our downloads low down is because free user can not download or finish the download with filesonic.

Fileonic please fix these problem.

FileSonic has always been riddled with bugs. I used them because they had the best rate table and had a good download speed which made up for the problems with the site. But when they put the 400MB limit for free users on I took my $800/sales a month site over to Bitshare. Now, especially with this completely unacceptable bug of free users not being able to complete downloads, I suggest all of you do the same.

 

I do not question anyone who has reported this issue, but I just want to add the problem is not universal. I just logged out and was able to dl as a free user. I did notice a 60 second wait time on my first dl. I haven't tried as a free user in a couple weeks, is this the new norm?

Most users are also reporting "slow" stats, not "frozen" stats. If no free users anywhere could download, your PPD stats would be all but frozen. FileSonic only counts one dl per premium user per day (and this is network wide, not per affiliate). By this point in the day, the bulk of premium users have been counted and the movement you see is from free users.

Do keep in mind that it is Sunday and this is not an "official" bug report site for FileSonic. FileSonic staff visits this forum as a courtesy and any visits over the weekend are generally a bonus. You may receive an answer, but don't be surprised if you do not see a reply until Monday, so multiple posts by the same members asking to look at the problem are kinda pointless. If you want to hound FileSonic and insure they receive the notice immediately, visit FileSonic's homepage and complete a bug report.

No need to change your report. I was only adding my results. As I said, I do not doubt your report. Regional problems are not uncommon.

Additionally, I think FileSonic's staff would be quick to tell you not to be "sorry to have brought you inconvience". If you don't make these reports, they do not know there is a problem. My only point was that it was Sunday and not to be frustrated if you didn't receive an immediate response in this forum.
