If you are a Filesonic premium member you should get a response,you get decent support from my experience (others may differ) from all the other filehosters i have used except maybe hotfile they responds sometimes,sometime they dont.If there is one thing that Filesonic needs to improve on its better support for its users, i would email them the idea but dont know if anyone would read it.

guyz maybe their too busy now computing our compensation 4 us not to go panic if we dont receive it on time,,,,give them some time !!! i too had a problem downloading my own links & cant remote right now but lets be patient.

@steven - im sure they said at one point that they do not support FS2FS...
and @above - im guessing it is movies and tv shows and a lot of them - although they may not be legal.

Yep same here, started several days ago, now can't download any files either as premium user or free. Can't use jDownloader (despite them haviing re-written the filesonic plugin - it allowed prem account for about two hours then reverted to acc invalid). Have sent emails to filesonic support and not a single one has been replied to.

 

That FTP files looping gets annoying...

 

FS Team - Can you add to the file manager downloads file count?

Hi . I upload FSn via FTP ( filezilla) But it not smoot . When it go to 100% it come back 0% and next transfer to 100% and back again .
After ai log in to file manager . It double many files .
This is FileSonic Problem or my Problem ????

 

When will be fixed earnings from referrals? I got none since 5 Aug. On referrals list page I got information "NO_REFERRAL". I hope this is only a glitch that will be fixed soon and all my referrals will appear again in my account.
