Still having problems downloading any links also other people are starting to ask why they cant download links either sent pm so waiting for reply.My stats are low because of this and now the site wont even connect when downloading now,504 gateway timeout again,site under control not yet it seems.

 

I am not remote uploading from any other file host i am using direct links.... i will PM you please let me know

Who else is having problems not being able to download ther own links or any scattered around the web,location you can download/not download from would be helpful.Im in the UK.I Can download from every other filehost and there links but not filesonic,Why?.Also Jdownloader picks up the links say they are online but never downloads them just says filehoster problems or today i cannot verify my filesonic account with jdownloader.

cannot download many files, yesterday afternoon, and today now.
Difficult to earn DL point, Very Very Difficult to sell Premium.

 

FTP has gone screwy again tonight for me as well. Uploads are completing but then failing when they they are transitioning into folder. Upload begins anew. On average it is taking (3) complete uploads for the transfer to actually take place. A bit frustrating as the files I'm upping tonight are 250 mb.

 

It looks as though at the present time filesonic is unusable as a filehoster,its alright getting paid and compensation (which i have not received any of yet)but if there problems are not sorted out and emails read and replied (this means you filesonic support)the people will go to better alternatives of which there is a wide choice and also less pay for less downloads,no remote or ftp access,not being able to download files premium or free,support that does not respond,this becomes an even less incentive to be a filesonic member and also not very promotable,i was hoping that filesonic would be a success and still might be if the bugs of which they are many will be sorted out soon and support actually give some indication that the bugs are been solved or dealt with and not leaving them in the dark as i have been for over a week.Thanks Filesonic.Also getting a The connection was reset whenever i try to download a file,this just keeps getting better.

 

leave at least 5 messages but I still do not have an answer as I can trust filesonic if they have a place where one can complain, the only thing that bothers me is having to find another host to upload my files but the worst part because the company takes bad publicity is something that is already circling around the world, can be taken seriously as a company that meets, if not even look from people

 

Upload doesnt work for me, doesnt give the link when upload is done, and also cant find it from filemanager.






Remoteupload worked previously smooth in SM, but now gives problem.


I havent uploaded any file since August 4.


I downloaded Filezilla, with that I can upload. Filemanager doesnt change page with IE, I have to use Firefox with it.

 

The compensation sounds VERY FAIR to me, especially since I stopped posting in my threads during "bug-week". People weren't able to download - so no work until they fixed that. Thank you very much for the compensation plan.

It truly seems that there is a problem with the download ability for everybody. Downloads appear to work perfectly for most of the people, yet some are not able to download a single file at all - their own or other. Even I get sometimes "502 Bad gateway" (I'm premium, my own files). It would be a nice compensation for the coming weeks for every user if downloads were possible always. More downloads for us, and less complaints here (I also get few of those e in forums).

My suspicion is that when FTP and RU upload traffic goes up, download abilities go down or something like that.

 

Last week, I have not paid. This week it paid and silk.

 

I wish some one from IT or support would contact me,still cant download a single file.Unless the bugs are sorted out its going to be compensation after compensation in order to get people back to filesonic,.And yes people are turning away,have had nothing but complaints from people i referred,people who want to download my files and people who cant download my files,Help is all i ask and only thing i get is silence.

 

Do not count most of the downloads. Today I have downloaded two times less than yesterday at this time. Again, any problems?

 

I have downloading problems too! But nobody payed attention on it. I sent to Filesonic-IT links which I'm not able to download. I sent bug report, I left messages here. And what? Nobody helped me.
