hi! filesonic-support.
some people who download my files complaint that this files can,t be dowloaded,it show "this file is expired ....."so i want to know why???
and can i download my file to see whether it can be downloaded or not ,and i won,t complete the process of the download!!!

how many times do you need to answer that question before you download your files. hish already assured you that you can download your files once and your account will not be flagged as fraud

 

i don,t complete the process of the download,so it will not be regarded as cheat and my account will not be flagged ,so why should i download my files again and again ???

Alright Filesonic just paid my all my outstanding amount. Yes! they paid me. I am not inclined to pursue pestering them after their polite replies and an even more polite PM. I guess thats what all affiliates want in the end. Their money and some politeness. Although I have removed all my content from filesonic for now I will frequent this forum to pick up news about any hopeful improvements in filesonic. I must add that this situation would not have arisen if mails would've gotten answered and technical errors solved. That being said, I must conclude that I have been paid now so I have no locus standi at this point but I do hope that no other affiliate suffers the same. I will frequent this post often.

I have noticed that filesonic does not pay the entire amount of earnings for people that use AlertPay.

is it a SCAM?

 

Filesonic's had it's problems but it's def not a scam.
Just pm Hish or one of the other support team if you have a payment problem - I've never known them not to sort out a payment issue.

 

Hey guys, I have suggestion for Filesonic. In my file manager, I have a lot of folder and in each folder, there are a lot of files. What I want is a button that export all links from one folder only, not the links for all the files I've uploaded. How about it?

 

I don't know about the Alertpay, maybe the Alerpay's fee, if there's any. You should check the details first before accuse them scam
