    It's very simple:

    1- Our system AUTOMATICALLY pays your out when you've reached the $15 minimum. We pay thousands of affiliates every week. Paying or not paying your $15 changes absolutely nothing to us.
    2- Your Unpaid balance: $16.31
    3- The money you made from Nov 20th to today: $1.81
    4- Amount due as of last Tuesday: 16.31 - 1.81 = $14.5, which is less than $15

    Finally, if you disagree with the above, think there is a bug or have questions, you can always PM us. Calling us 'liars' and 'scammers' on a forum because of $15 is just ridiculous, especially when we pay a gigantic multiple of that amount every week, automatically.

    Question: Now you show the number of Sales in PPD plan, are you planning to show the number of Downloads in PPS plan? :) Would be nice :) It's kinda strange now that you can see what you loose in PPD plan, but you can't see anything in PPS plan :(

    I did not have "trouble contacting support" beyond the "condact us" page which did not ****ing work.

    I seem to have trouble getting "support" to reply to me.

    Call me cranky but I can understand if someone tells me to *** off but I do not like being ignored.

    I tried exactly the same code in a browser window and it went straight into download , so there is no problem with my syntax.

    1.The reason I am using a public post is because I sent several mails which have not been answered yet. So much for prompt replies like you people claim.
    2. The reason for using a public post is also because I am not AT ALL worried about whether I'll get my money from you guys.
    3. I earn $300 from sharecash in a month to average. My earning at your place can hardly be called earning because you guys neglect payouts. So in short its as good as saying I have not earned anything at all.
    4.Ok WHY would you deduct anything? your rules say that if I have reached my payout limit on a Friday, I get paid next Tuesday. i reached my minimum payout much before Friday that is the 19th of November 2010 yet come Tuesday instead of expecting a payout I should deduct money that I earned on the next day? i.e. 20th of November?
    5.You might reconsider saying $0.30 per day...just now you admitted I earned $1.80 in one day. Stop embarrassing yourself.

    Like I said I joined this forum just to tell the world your true colours so I am not going anywhere. YET even now if you can give me a plausible explanation as to why I did not get my payout I will gladly stop posting and even not turn back here.

    We certainly do not neglect payouts. This is one thing we do not do.
    I'm not deducting anything. I'm just telling you how the payouts are calculated. Unpaid points - points earned from Saturday to Tuesday. I can guarantee you that as of Friday, your unpaid balance was $14.5 and not $15.

    We've sometimes seen discrepancies between unpaid points and the sum of daily earnings. Some affiliates have experienced this and it has been resolved as soon as they told us about it. In this case I can see that it has happened, and I apologize for that. I will recalculate your unpaid points and issue a payment today.

    $1.80 from Saturday to Tuesday. It averages out to less than $1.80 a day :)

    You would have AUTOMATICALLY received your payment next Tuesday because you've now reached our minimum. Our integrity at FileSonic has NEVER been in question, and thousands of affiliates attest to that.

    Lastly, we do have issues with support answering emails - partly technical, and partly human. We're in the process of reorganizing our support team to handle this better. In the future, however, if you contact affiliates at filesonic dot com, you will receive a very prompt reply.

    This is too much system overhead right now. The only reason we display sales to people on PPD is for promos like the one we have right now (where PPD affiliates can earn a bonus on sales). Even that might change in the future.
