RU struck in pending mode

FTP is working fine now but there is something I can't explain: some of my customers are saying that once they start downloading a file, they just download a small file without any extension (rar, zip, etc.).....

 

I cannot even connect to filesonic,getting internal server error and also noticed some files deleted for no apparent reason ,not even shown in deleted folder.

 

Sounds like they could be downloading the html page rather than the file.

Im planning to join filesonic, could anyone teach me how to maximize my earnings ?
I have used megaupload for years so Im accustomed to post links.

 

I will PM you my email, i can assure you i did put in a claim each time after the promo. I sent the email to the claims email address that was "promo@sharingmatrix.com" <promo@sharingmatrix.com> this was in July i believe.

I even just found one of them in my sent folder inside my gmail account.

 

I take your point, but since i have never been paid even though i've emailed the promo email account at sharing matrix that i was instructed to do - then i would rather they paid less on the promo but auto paid it - since then i would get something. Anyway i'm getting the idea we have to claim again so i'll give it one last try and see what happens.

Thanks for the "kind" words... RU is working fine... If someone remote uploads a thousand links from a terrible host that gives a speed of less than 200kb/s for premiums... Then our RU can not do anything... Links are treated "first come, first serve" ..

Yes, it's little bit strange. usually I have 3-5 sales/day, but last 4 days together - 2 sales. I didn't change anything in my uploading routine though... What's up?

Maybe it's just nice weather, people are outside not downloading stuff...
