I think allowing affiliates to accrue or purchase hotlink/direct link traffic would be a better solution for affiliates wishing to do this. I can attest that a variable boundary between free and premium usage would not go over well with forum mods. Too many unscrupulous members would try to bypass the rules requiring free links be made available to forum members and seeing as how mods do not have the time to check links individually, a variable boundary would actually lead to greater restrictions on FSn for forum usage.

statistics freeze a lot of times & yesterdays download rate also low
