I place my promo payout request for the Halloween promo on Nov 1st but I still haven't received the payout or confirmation that it has been processed. When will we get paid for the Halloween promo?

you can't see it on filesonic, just check your payment account, you should have received it, I received mine directly on my paypal account.

Hi...i have a very important change to request for me... i see you add the search box..this is great.. it's something i was looking forward to (you will add the chance to copy also files i search?).. but there are things i hate of your GREAT file manager...
I use a lot the copy features to keep copy of backups of my files... But it's reallly annoying that you change the name everytime the name of the copied files! everytime i have to remove "copia di" (i'm italian) from the files... you allow files with the same name in the same folder..why you have to add that part to the name? it's not possible to let user decide? a lot of times i prefer upload files twice than rename files...
The second thing is about renaming... when i click on edit button even if the file is in a folder the default folder selected is the root... why? everytime i rename a file i have to select the folder where the file was..if i don't do this the site move the file to the root! can't you select by default the folder where is the file?
I hope you will listen me because for this 2 things everytime i have to copy a file i take 10 times than fileserve that don't do this things

 

I checked my paypal account and I do not have the promo payment.

 

And also, how many times do people have to refund an account ??
I mean is it possible that an account being sold today and refunded tomorrow or in few days ??

 

A refund may, and usually does, come in later. We really don't control this; we just process the refund when Paypal sends it.

You must change the payment account on one of these two plans (and start using only 1 plan). If you're having difficulty, PM me the account information and I will look into it for you.

If you're hosting thumbnails on that site that correspond to your filesonic posts then you're surely having sales stolen from mydownloader.net. People fall for that garbage all the time.

Try Imagehyper for uploading your thumbnails and covers. They pay well for an imagehost and they're reliable! You can also choose the size of your thumbnails. I'm assuming that's what your asking about. Hope that helps.

Ok, so it means there is possibility that there is a refund for an account sold 1 or 2 weeks ago if paypal sends you a request ???
People buy premium account, download a lot for few days and then request a refund via paypail, this is most likely a fraud, you should find a way to fix it.

im new at filesonic im very amazed to see members reaching 1000+ downloads per day,
anyone care to give me some advice and tips how to do that? i only got less than hundred DL per day

I've just seen the November14th promo... Smells good indeed hehe... I just need some clarification though... How do I get my double payout? do I have to ask for a payout exactly on the 14th of November? and do I have to reach the minimum payout by then? thanks a lot!
