admin can i ask you something.. i promote 60 videos in 40 forums maybe.. before 10 days and earn 3$ per day .. from one week ago i promoe 120videos 60 more from before and the same forums but i can`t earn 2$ so what is situation now? if you upload more you will earn less ? so what`s wrong with filesonic ?

 

Filesonic is only counting 1 premium download per day now so that's why we can see downloads stats drop.

I have some problems with my earnings today.
up to now, I have 4 sales for today but only 2 are counted. When I click on the sales , I see 3 sales and 1 refund, all 5,4$ so I sould have 21,6$ but it only shows 10,8$ in my stats

The 4th sale is the refund... This is why you see it like that (5.4+5.4+5.4 -5.4= 10.8)

The math looks good to me: 3 x $5.40 = $16.20 - $5.40 = $10.80

 

So I upgraded to Premium a little while ago, specifically because I'm using filesonic to host files linked through my website. It occurred to me that I hadn't heard anything in a while, so logged in to check on my files and see how they were doing in terms of downloads, earnings, etc.

Imagine my surprise when I discovered that about two thirds of my files were apparently GONE. Thanks. So I gather when one signs up for Premium, it's only for ONE MONTH? And not RECURRING like, oh I dunno, EVERY OTHER SUBSCRIPTION IN THE UNIVERSE? It would have been nice if this had been made clear at the time I set up the original Premium subscription. Now I have to re-upload nearly ALL my files, and add the NEW links to ALL my HTML files.

Seriously, can we please have an option to have automatic recurring payments for Premium? Not everyone is going to be keeping tabs on things here. Myself, I just want to dump my files here, link them through my website, and forget about it. The only time I should NEED to access or modify anything on filesonic is if I'm adding new files, changing existing ones in some way, or checking earnings. Just make it optional. Those that want to go month to month can do so. Those that don't, can toggle it off. I paid for Premium to AVOID this kind of thing from happening.

The one year option isn't financially feasible for me at this time, but 9 bucks a month as a recurring payment I can manage fine. This should seriously take about 5 minutes to set up with PayPal. Please make it happen!

I just realized that almost all my older files are signed as "deleted" and in some case not the all parts are deleted just 1 or 2, this is so annoying, I didn't have a month without being premium member and I'm sure I wasn't noticed about that much deletes... is there any server problem which can cause this or not?

If he/she purchase premium account through http://www.filesonic.com/premium , will I earn from the sale?

 

Yes if he went to that page from one of your files, you will earn from it but only if you are on PPS plan
