While I am not going to disagree there is a move to ban FSn at some boards (some boards already have), what you describe is not a "new " situation. There has always been debate as to what is "better" or "pure" for sharing. Should only filehosts which pay little (RS, MU, NL, etc.) be allowed or should it be open to FSn, HF, FS, Oron, etc. ? Apart from a few true believers on each side, those participating in such debates generally are either resentful of someone earning from sharing (it's not good enough they are being supplied for free, I guess) or have an axe to grind against the host the would like to see banned. The "backlash" is a tempest in a teapot. The debate has always been there and always will be there. In the end, while some forums may swap in and out preferred hosts, there will be no significant changes as the forums themselves derive a good portion of their budgets from filehost sponsorship and need these funds to remain operational.

Actual transfers to accounts (PayPal, AlertPay, etc.) are not tied to the time "Amount Paid" is applied to the "Payments" page. The "Amount Paid" simply means the week has stopped, the total compiled and the clock is set for the next week. FSn still has to verify these payments and clear all flags before processing payments. There can be a couple hours of lag between the time your "Amount Paid" is posted and the time your earnings are deposited in your account.

There can also be processing delays on the vendor side. PayPal doesn't take long, but I do not use AlertPay so am unfamiliar with how long it takes them to credit an account after receiving a deposit.

already got 2 new premium sales within 1h.
I guess the extra 5$ per sale during 30th-31st does not get add up live/on-the-fly, does it?

Anyone else having problems accessing filesonic. The whole site seems to be down for the last few hours at least. I'm UK based so it might be limited to UK?

    Hi Filesonic,

Why have not I received payment today? And also the counter unpaid amounts are wrong.
The unpaind counter should be showing the whole week but is counting only after the problem was in my stats this week.

    Please answer my PM.

    Thank You.

Had problems all day for about six hours couldn't access at all...posted a message earlier but as I was typing things started moving again.
Can access now but it's taking several minutes for a page to load.
Not sure if it's the old uk isp problem rearing it's ugly head again or just major server overload??

There's no server overload. Systems are in good shape right now. Might be UK ISPs acting up again, but we've gotten quite a few visits and sales from the UK in the last few hours.

    Hi

I have been test driving filesonic for closed to a month now, and i decided to upgrade to premium, before I have a free account for example A@gmail.com
Now when i click upgrade to premium, it ask me my paypal account info. I key in, my paypal account is B@gmail.com, after all the registration complete and i get a new account for B@gmail.com??
I have so many file in A@gmail.com and also so credit under unpaid section?
I don't want to use to account at the same time?.,....
also, I just want to retain my account as A@gmail.com and there seem no way to upgrade to premium if this is the pathway in using paypal to pay??
