I use filezilla for Filesonic Ftp upload. upload speed is very good. But upload each file is 3 times
How can I fix it ?

Time? It has been more than a week now. Either they did not do the necessary prep prior to the change over or they haven't been working all that hard to "fix" these "minor bugs" since. Many of the people who dl my files are not pleased and have been giving me an earful with the probs they've had dl'ing. If it's not back to 100% by the weekend I will have to look to other hosts like it or not (and I was one of SM's top 100 affiliates).

 

To my understanding, people got compensation because payment was late, not because their stats were not OK. But it is not always clear whether the payment was late due to an error by filesonic or due to the fact that the payment info was not filled in correctly and on time.

I hope to receive a compensation for the missed sales soon (once the stats are fixed). I don't have bills to pay with it, but I missed a considerable amount.

 

support doesnt answer about compesation for missed sales and etc.

 

As much as i would like to stay with Filesonic mine and my users patience is running out - especially the users who forked out for premium accounts to download my links.

 

plz work on remote upload & file manager system make them smooth asap
