You'll find something similar for every reputable filehost yet you can still download almost anything popular from any host.

Butt i don't get even any warning that they delete old files so i manage some where else to safe my data butt no reply.

& still my many friends files are safe & they upload the same videos i think they will be safe only bcoz they don't give User Id to FileSonic IT

i uit filesonic..they delete all of my files..shitty service you have there..all the uploaders are also posting copyrighted files.

 

People are complaining about deletion of uploaded illegal copyrighted files .. If they dont delete they will be sued and have to pay million euros penalty. I guess you understand this simple concept . If not get a life and a proper job , even KFC /mcdonalds will do.

 

Apart from the incident were files were deleted two weeks ago or in the event of HDD failures, it is not standard practice for FileSonic to delete files except in two instances. First, free users are only promised a 30 day lifespan on file storage. Beyond 30 days you can either upgrade to premium status or risk deletion the next time the pruning script is run. In the second instance, FileSonic receives a DMCA notice claiming particular files are being pirated. These reported files are promptly deleted for the protection of FSn, just as they are on every other filehost. Whether or not "all the uploaders are also posting copyrighted files" is irrelevant. If your files are reported, they will be deleted.
