Hello. i hope here some can help me becouse from 10 days i try with contact from the site i allready send maybe 10 or more times ticket and never receive any answer.. i`m little disapoint from support...

Your referrals need to be active and earn money to appear in your referral list.

 

are you sure ? so you men they have to earn for example 0.01$ to see in my refferal list ? becouse i see only one member undur me with balance 0.00$ this not look like active member...

He is not active,but he earn 0.01$ and he is visible in your downline.You got 20% of 0.01$ and this is why you earn 0.00$.
Anyway the referral system is good and functionaly.

The new counting system is sucks,but i hope with this change filesonic will work in a long term.
