Should already be posted. Look at your sales for 101020. Do you have a sale for this file "http://www.filesonic.com/file/0"? If so, this is the compensation. If not, PM one of FSn's support staff, pass along your UserID and alert them to the fact it is missing.

I earn 0.01 cents of compensation... Is this a joke? 15% of my earnings is MUCH more than that.

15% of the day that had downtime. Why would we compensate 15% of a whole week?

Thus the compensation... Stats were working. Trust me, we dished out a lot of money on that day. However, we had a downtime of max 1 hour - i.e. 4.17% of the day. If you earned $0.06 that day, we should have compensated a fraction of a cent. Instead, you got $0.01, which is 15%. Even if you think it doesn't make sense in your case, what we did was add 15% across the board.

If I remember correctly, the AlertPay rep said that they will be offering debit cards very soon.

I see the money added in the place of the sale, but it doesn't add to the total for that day. Is this normal?

It should have added to both the total of the day and to your unpaid balance. PM me your user_id if you are not sure.

    PM sent, thanks.

There was 1 hour or so of down time that day, so they gave everyone 15% of their earings that day as a sale, whether or not you are on ppd or pps. I'll let IT answer the other part, but paypal is usually good if you have it in your settings.
